Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they stay protected.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
